Ryan Meravi is an accomplished Founder and CEO, bringing almost 20 years of experience in the web design and digital marketing industry. As the visionary behind VT Web Marketing, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, culminating in the agency's continued success.

Ryan's career began in 2008, when he founded the web design department at Power Shift. In 2016, he leveraged his industry knowledge and experience to start VT Web Marketing, acquiring the web design clients from his previous employer. He is a proud graduate of the Leadership Lamoille program and has served on the Board of Directors for the Lamoille County Chamber of Commerce.

Additionally, Ryan is a seasoned entrepreneur, having successfully founded and owned 802 Mobile, which he later sold in 2022. This unique combination of business acumen and technical expertise allows him to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of services, from web design to digital marketing.

Ryan's commitment to excellence and his ability to deliver results make him a highly sought-after professional in the industry. Joe Sullivan is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance (SQA) and project management. He recently joined VT Web Marketing as the Vice President of Operations, where he is responsible for running the daily operations of the Stowe office.

Prior to joining VT Web Marketing, Joe worked for industry giants such as Intel, IBM, Nuance, Greater Giving, and Certegy. During his time with these companies, he has held various leadership positions and led teams and projects to successful outcomes.

Joe is known for his ability to manage complex projects and teams efficiently while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. His expertise in SQA and project management has earned him a reputation as a thought leader in the industry.

Joe currently resides in Northern Vermont with his wife Lauren and their two dogs, Jiro and Maple. In his free time, Joe enjoys Hockey and touring the beautiful countryside in Vermont.

Larissa Kepchar is a Lead Developer at VT Web Marketing, where she utilizes her extensive experience in web design and development to lead the team in creating innovative and effective websites. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, Larissa specializes in WordPress development, and is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS.

In addition to her technical skills, Larissa has a strong background in project management and customer relations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client. Larissa is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines as needed.

When not working, Larissa enjoys exploring the outdoors and is an avid hiker and snowboarder. She resides in northern Vermont and is an active member of her local community. With her extensive experience and passion for web design and development, Larissa is a valuable asset to the VT Web Marketing team and any project she is involved with.
